This scan is designed to assess the female reproductive organs. It consists of an

initial scan with the ultrasound probe gliding over the patients belly. She must

 have a full bladder. Later, she will be asked to void her bladder. This will be

followed by an internal scan with an endoluminal probe. This is only with her

informed consent.
