Xscape shopping mall is just off junction 32 of M62
Xscape is located next to Glasshoughton Train Station.
Once inside Xscape, head towards the snow slope at the back of xscape on the ground floor. Just before the entrance to the snow slope you need to take the stairs or the lift to the first floor where you will find Xercise health and fitness centre.

Directions to Our Clinic
Approaching from M62, at Junction 30, enter A 642 heading towards Leeds and Rothwell. After approximately 1 1/4 miles, having crossed Bentley Arms Pub on your right, at the first R/A, take the 2nd exit A 639 to Methley. After 1/2 mile, you will cross Methley Park Hospital on your right. After another 1/2 mile,turn left into Church Lane, signposted Mickletown. Immediately, you will cross Methley park cricket Club grounds on your right and go under a railway bridge. After approximately 3/4 mile, you will come to a T Junction, keeping Methley Park Primary School on your right. At the T junction, take the right arm and you are on Pinfold Lane. Pinfold Surgery is 100 yards down the road on your left, next to Methley W.M.C.
Approaching from M1, at junction 42 interchange with junction 29 of M62, enter M62 Eastbound. Thereafter, follow directions as above.
Approaching from Leeds city, select A642 heading towards Wakefield. Then enter A639 and follow above directions.
